This is a steak version of sushi with green onion and black truffle. Simple and delicious!
A lot of regions have more cows and beef than they do fresh sushi-grade fish… so, this recipe was created as an easy but delicious substitute for traditional sushi!
South Dakota Sushi / Steak Maki Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 Steak (your choice of cut)
- 3/4 cup Jasmine Rice
- 1 Green Onions
- 1 Nori Sheet
- 1 tbsp Black Truffle
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
