Filet Mignon with Bed of Melted Cheese

This is a simple and keto-friendly way to do your steaks. It also looks cool when you’re plating!

You cook the steak in one pan and melt/prep the cheese in another. Cut the steak on a cutting board, and then when plating, plate the cheese first and make sure to leave a little sticking out from underneath the cut steak.

Drizzle one of your favorite sauces on top of the cheese and then plate the steak, showing off your amazing job cooking a perfect pan-fried medium rare filet mignon!
