This is a spicy and tangy version of venison using Japanese BBQ and some spicy honey bbq to finish.
Marinate the venison steak with Japanese BBQ Sauce and then cook to a medium rare
After cooking – slice the steak into thin sections and coat with your favorite spicy BBQ sauce and return it to the pan. You want to baste the steak with BBQ without burning the sugar / sweetness of the sauce
